About

Operator first. Growth strategist by trade.

I'm Yashpal Singh Rao, Chief Growth Officer at Seeds of Innocence Group, where I own the national P&L, growth strategy, and digital patient acquisition across 35+ fertility centers — spanning SOI IVF Clinics, HomeIVF, and Genestrings Labs. I manage a ₹10+ Cr annual digital marketing budget and am leading the national rollout of India's first at-home IVF monitoring model.

Before this, I spent two years as Head of India Operations at ART Fertility Clinics, scaling the network from 6 to 11 centers — an 83% expansion in under two years — while turning around an underperforming center to full profitability within twelve months. Earlier, I built Indira IVF's national contact center function from scratch, growing it from 30 to 300 employees and contributing directly to a 4x revenue increase, from ₹300 Cr to ₹1,200 Cr.

My foundation in operations runs deeper still — leading a 400-member team at Jumio India's identity verification business, and managing international service delivery for Vodafone UK from Ahmedabad. Across every role, the throughline has stayed the same: healthcare scales when operations, technology, and patient trust are designed together.

"Fertility care scales when operations, technology, and trust are built together — not bolted on afterward."
